LA MODA PASSA, MA TORNA: IL VELLUTO
Non c’e frase migliore per descrivere questo caso.
L’evoluzione della moda è caratterizzata da una continua ricerca ma, in realtà, porta ad un ritorno al passato, cercando di adeguare vecchi tessuti alle nuove forme moderne.
Il particolare di cui sto parlando è velluto a coste.
Nato addirittura nell’antico Egitto e sbarcato in Italia nel XIV secolo, il velluto è riuscito ad emergere nel mondo della moda negli anni sessanta/settanta e si è affermato grazie alla morbidezza e il calore che riusciva a trattenere.
Oggi, torna ad essere un elemento principale per la stagione che verrà.
Avendo già avuto un ruolo fondamentale all’interno delle sfilate e fiere, nazionali e internazionali, lo vedremo sempre più presente anche nelle vetrine e per le strade.
Il pantalone è il capo più rappresentativo con i suoi diversi modelli, dallo slim al cavallo basso, fino ad arrivare al modello a campana per la donna.
Anche se dovrà inizialmente faticare, un altro capo che vedremo in velluto sarà la giacca la quale limiterà la sua particolarità al tessuto senza esagerare nella stravaganza.
Per il giacchetto si prospetterà lo stesso destino, strutturato come un semplice sopra di jeans ma certamente di una pesantezza superiore.
Per le donne il catalogo “velluto” vedrà riempirsi di altri pezzi rivisitati come gonne e salopette, molto spinte sul mercato delle grandi catene internazionali, di più colori (il rosa, tra i più diffusi).
In questa stagione il velluto sarà l’elemento che potrà rendere unico anche un outfit più classico, questi alcuni esempi presi dal mio guardaroba!

The fashion’s evolution is characterized by continuous research but, in reality, leads to a return to the past, trying to adapt old fabrics to new modern forms.
The detail I’m talking about is corduroy.
Born in ancient Egypt and landed in Italy in the fourteenth century, the velvet has emerged in the fashion world in the sixties / seventies and has established itself thanks to the softness and warmth that it could retain.
Today, it will be a main element for the coming season.
Having already played a fundamental role in national and international fashion shows and fairs, we will see it increasingly present in the showcases and along the streets.
The pants are the most representative garment with its different models, from the slim to the low crotch, up to the bell model for the woman.
Even if it will initially have to work hard, another garment we will see in velvet will be the jacket which will limit its particularity to the fabric without exaggerating extravagance. For the jacket, the same fate will prevail, structured as a simple over jeans but certainly of a higher heaviness.
For women, the “velvet” catalog will be filled with other pieces revisited like skirts and overalls, very pushed on the market of large international chains, with many colors (pink, among the most widespread).
In this season velvet will be the element that can make even a more classic outfit unique, these are some examples taken from my wardrobe!
